What shipping options do you offer?
Within Australia we use the Australia Post "Regular" service. We offer free postage within Australia.
Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually posted within 2 - 4 business days of receiving an order. For further information about the timeframe for delivery, refer to the Australia Post website.
Can I exchange or return my online order?

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card payments are processed through our website at the check-out. We also use PayPal. Alternatively, you may also transfer to our bank account via a direct deposit transfer. Please email us in advance if you wish to utilise direct deposit so we can allocate a reference for payment.
Do you sell jewellery display stands wholesale?
Yes. We invoice all wholesale orders through PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to discuss an order.
How do I hang my jewellery display stand?
The back of each jewellery display stand contains two hanging holes aligned together but at different angles to allow for easy hanging. The design and placement of the hanging holes gives you leeway to adjust the frame slightly when placing it on the wall. The type of screws needed to hang the display stand depends of the type of wall or door you intend to hang it on. We suggest pan head screws but you should consider your own individual requirements. Please note hanging screws are not included.
I received a product that has slight variations
Our jewellery display stand is not mass produced so some slight variation will occur between products. The frames of every jewellery display stand are sanded in part by hand, assembled by hand and hand spray painted several times in semi-gloss enamel paint. As each jewellery display stand is unique, please understand that when placing an order you are accepting these slight variations.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@thewaytodisplay.com.au and we will make sure we get the faulty item back and swap it with a new product. To make the entire process much faster we ask that you quote your online order number, along with a photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the problem.
