Exchange / Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase.

The Way to Display accepts exchanges or refunds for your online purchases but asks that the following requirements are met:

  • The item must be returned in new, unused, unmarked and saleable condition and in the original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 10 days from receipt of delivery.

Before returning the item, please email your request to info@thewaytodisplay.com.au with the subject line noting either “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” together with the original invoice number. Please briefly state the reason for exchanging or returning the item. Once received, we will allocate an Exchange / Return Authorisation number to you via return email.

Please understand that postage charges for change of mind returns or exchanges must be paid by you. As The Way to Display is not liable for the loss of an item being exchanged or returned in these circumstances, we recommend that you post back your online purchase using registered mail.

On receipt of the returned item, a refund will be processed using the original tender type. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your exchange or return.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@thewaytodisplay.com.au with the subject line noting “FAULTY” along with a photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the problem. We will make sure we get the faulty item back and swap it with a new product at our expense.
